Description

Strangozzi Bolognami, are an Italian pasta from the Umbrian Region, produced with water and durum wheat semolina coming only from the heart of the grains, exclusively bronze drawn and dried at low temperatures. Strangozzo is a variety of pasta typical of Umbrian cuisine, similar to a Tagliolino but thicker, they are handcrafted in order to make the surface rougher to better hold the condiments. The best way to prepare Strangozzi is by enhancing them with a good meat sauce such as duck, goose, wild boar, as per the centuries-old tradition. All this to offer a superior quality product, rich in flavors and aromas
