Description

Pecorino Briaco Il Caseificio di Manciano, made from pasteurised sheep's milk. A soft white cheese with fine eyes, aged for a minimum of 10/15 days. After an initial normal maturing period, the pecorino cheese is completely immersed in Morellino di Scansano DOCG wine, in special sealed containers. This soaking operation gives the cheese a pleasant fragrance that concentrates all the aromas of the wine. Very aromatic and pleasantly inviting flavour.
