Description

Pecorino Matured in Hay and Straw Caseificio Maremma, is made from sheep's milk and takes its name from the type of maturing process used for this cheese. The surface is covered with hay and straw from the Val di Cornia, encasing a white, delicate paste with a flavour of sweet, nutty notes. It is matured for a minimum of 90 days.
