Description

Bardolino Chiaretto Bigagnoli, organic product, is a young, fragrant and light wine that originates on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda. It is produced from indigenous red grape varieties typical of the area. This wine originates in the locality of Calmasino, in the municipal territory of Bardolino. The marvellous landscape formed by soft hills of ancient morainic origin offers splendid sunny exposures, always ventilated by the gentle breezes of Lake Garda.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes once arrived in the winery are softly pressed and a brief one-night contact with the skins, then racked using the "salasso" technique and fermented at a controlled temperature. For the next four months, the wine underwent weekly manual battonage of the fine lees.

Refinement
The wine matured for several months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Tasting Notes In the glass it has a brilliant pink colour with coral highlights. The nose reveals red-fleshed fruits such as berries and cherries, with aromas tending towards floral. In the mouth, it is fresh and savoury, perfectly reflecting the aromas heard before.
Pairing Advice
Pairing Ideal in combination with lake and sea fish, excellent as an aperitif with a platter of cold meats and cheeses.
