Description

Porchetta Umbra Artisan Bolognami, is prepared according to an ancient family recipe, using the belly and loin of local pigs, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, wild fennel and various spices, and then cooked slowly in a wood-fired oven. Porchetta in general is counted among the best street-food in the world, but the tradition linked to this delicacy is centuries-old in Umbria. Distinguished by a crispy crust and a fat and lean interior that melt in the mouth, generating a veritable explosion of flavours, the aroma is unmistakable, and the sight of the preparation of the famous sandwich attracts even those who are determined to diet. Extremely tasty and for this reason known and loved throughout Italy and the world.
