Description

Bolognami Soup of Black Cabbage, is a typical dish of the Tuscany region, handcrafted with traditional methods, following the procedures of peasant memories, which allow to maintain the aromas and flavors of the raw materials used. This line was born from the idea of telling the authentic culinary tradition of our territory, hence the desire to create a range of products of excellent quality ready to use, with the aim of enhancing the resources of our land, characterized by a rich gastronomic tradition whose roots go back to a past full of cultural influences
