White Truffle Butter Bolognami, is an artisanal speciality made in Umbria using traditional methods. One of the most appreciated preparations for those who do not want to renounce the pleasure of tasting the Truffle 12 months a year, with clearly visible flakes to enhance its taste and prestige. A preparation that preserves the intense aroma and flavour of the White Truffle that would otherwise be easily perishable.
