Schiacciata con Friccioli Bolognami®, it is certainly one of the most typical recipes of the Tuscan tradition, and in particular of the southern province of Siena. This very particular specialty is nothing more than a focaccia with the addition of diced cured pork belly, which give the focaccia its classic hazelnut color, its fragrance, releasing all its aroma and flavor during cooking
