Schiacciata con l'Uva Bolognami, it is a sweet focaccia typical of Tuscany, in particular of the provinces of Siena and its hinterland. It is a sweet focaccia of poor origin, which was once prepared during the harvest period during peasant festivals. Its humble origins are well evidenced by the simplicity of the ingredients, but like all simple things it is very good, both for breakfast and for a snack
