Whole Summer Truffle Bolognami, is an artisanal specialty made in Umbria, with traditional methods, following ancient procedures from peasant memories, completely handmade. The perfect product for lovers looking for high quality, who do not want to give up the pleasure of tasting the Truffle 12 months a year. Its strong point is its naturalness, since it is a truffle washed and preserved in brine, without adding other ingredients. It can be used in the kitchen with a lot of versatility such as fresh truffle, grated, flaked or ground, to compose dishes for connoisseurs
