Bolognami Chestnut Flour, produced by stone-grinding dried chestnuts, introduced in Tuscany starting from 1300, it has been a source of livelihood for many centuries. Today, as in ancient times, a delight for the palate, it is used to prepare the famous Castagnaccio, Necci, Frittelle, all typical sweets of Tuscany
