Bolognami Cured Raw Ham, it is produced with maturation of at least twelve months on the hills of Lake Trasimeno, treated on the surface with salt, pepper and garlic. Artisan product obtained from pork legs reared, slaughtered and traditionally processed in our territory, representing a true gastronomic and agri-food excellence. A product that wants to tell the authentic Lacustrine tradition, which makes the provenance a real strength and recognition, raising a territory defined by the culinary art and well identified geographically. It has a pink color with parts of dark red due to aging, the fat is generous with a bright white color. Tasty and delicate, a perfect balance with its marked sapidity
