This artisanal product obtained from the legs of pigs reared, slaughtered and traditionally processed within the territorial area of Lake Trasimeno, representing a true gastronomic and agri-food excellence. A product that wants to tell the authentic Lacustrine tradition that makes the provenance a real strength and recognition, raising a territory defined by the culinary art and well identified geographically. It has a dark red color with lighter parts, generous subcutaneous fat, well compacted. The taste is tasty and balanced, with a recognizable and typical scent of the area from which it comes
