Description

Bolognami Blue Salt of Persia, is a rare mineral, rock salt that is obtained from some mines in Iran, certainly one of the most unusual salts available in the world. With a bluish color due to the presence of a saline mineral, sylvinite, it has an extremely salty taste, but not very persistent in the mouth, and leaves a pleasant spicy aftertaste. Considered the best salt in truffle-based dishes, perfect for flavoring white meat, grilled or roasted, fish and seafood, cooked vegetables and potato-based preparations
