Bolognami Red Salt from Hawaii Alaea, red sea salt original name Alaea Rouge, where the classic color is given to the red clay of volcanic origin that mixes with water during evaporation. This gives the salt its reddish color and the earthy taste of minerals, the intense flavor of this salt makes it perfect for grilled or roasted meats. Excellent for dressing cold or hot salads.
