Nino Franco's Prosecco Superiore Dry Primo Franco was born in vineyards in the heart of the Valdobbiadene area. One of the first wines signed by the producer, one of the first Proseccos with the vintage declared on the label, with the characteristic sealing with the staple and not with the cage. A surprising, authorial, intimate sparkling wine that revolutionised the history of Prosecco.

Vinification
Vinified according to the Charmat method, crushing, destemming, cooling of the must and fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Second fermentation in autoclave.
