Description

Tarcilio Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Baldi, is an organic wine that comes from vineyards located in the hills of Conegliano, in the province of Treviso, home of the Glera grape and Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. The vineyards are optimally exposed to the sun and with good ventilation due to their hilly position and lean, clayey soil.

Vinification
It is vinified according to the Charmat method, with crushing, destemming, cooling of the must and fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Second fermentation in autoclave.
