Description

The Tonnarelli Fresh Bolognami are made with water, Tuscan durum wheat semolina, egg and salt. Typical pasta of the Roman culinary tradition, originally from Lazio, Tonnarelli are usually made fresh and in a strictly artisanal manner, as per good peasant culture. It is not clear where the name Tonnarello comes from, perhaps from a declination of the Molise dialect relating to Pasta alla Chitarra, however it matters little. What is important, however, is their great goodness, especially made with Caio e Pepe prepared with Pecorino Romano or Toscano D.O.P. which gives it a unique flavor and aroma, but they are also special with all the sauces of the vast tradition of Roman cuisine. All this to offer a superior quality product, rich in flavors and aromas.
