Description

Adele Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Baldi, is an organic wine that comes from vineyards located in the hills of Conegliano, in the province of Treviso, home of the Glera grape and Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. The vineyards are optimally exposed to the sun and with good ventilation due to their hilly position and lean, clayey soil.

Vinification
Vinification according to the Charmat method, crushing, destemming, cooling of the must and fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Second fermentation in autoclave.

Tasting Notes In the glass it has a straw-yellow colour with light greenish reflections. On the nose there are distinct vegetal notes and spring wild flowers. In the mouth it is fresh with a light body and a balanced bitterish aftertaste, on the whole harmonious and mature. Pleasantly delicate effervescence on the palate, it has a light structure with barely noticeable notes of sweetness and a slight alcohol content for moderate smoothness.
Pairing Advice
