Description

Le Corbinie Rosso Vecchia Cantina 6-bottle box, is produced from Sangiovese grapes, the vineyards are located between Castiglione del Lago and Città della Pieve with guyot and spurred cordon training system with a planting density of 3000/4500 plants per hectare. Here we can find a hilly terrain.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically and once they arrive in the winery, they are gently pressed. Maceration takes place over an average of 10 days.

Refinement
Maturation takes place over 6 months in stainless steel tanks, and a further 2 months in the bottle.
