Description

Fresh Black Autumn Truffle Bolognami (Tuber Uncinatum Chatin), with mixed sizes from about 20 g to 100 g. It belongs to the same family as the Summer Truffle but is distinguished by the small hooks that gave it its common name. It has a warty black peridium and gleba ranging from hazelnut to chocolate in colour, with numerous light veins. Pleasant and intense flavour and aroma. Cleaned and brushed unwashed truffles. Harvesting period in Italy: 1 September to 31 December
