Fresh White Truffle Bolognami (Tuber Magnatum Pico), with mixed sizes from about 20 g to 50 g. The rarest, most prized and most sought-after truffle can reach sizes of up to 500 g. The colour of the gleba can vary from hazelnut to marbled brown with white veins. It is extremely aromatic, with a nice mild flavour. Cleaned and brushed unwashed truffles. Harvesting period in Italy: 1 October to 31 December
