Description

Grappa Riserva Sagrantino Antonelli, is obtained from the distillation of Sagrantino grape marc from the winery's vineyards. The marc is taken to the Gioacchino Nannoni artisanal distillery, where it is started in a copper bain-marie still with a discontinuous cycle. The heating system is bain-marie with the boiler immersed in hot water or steam. In this way, the heating of the marc takes place gradually and evenly. The resulting distillate is aged in oak barrels, ensuring a product of excellent quality.
