Description

Bolognami Red Lentil Flour, is obtained by grinding the dried seeds of the Red Lentil, grown in Umbria in a natural way from eco-sustainable agriculture, has a pale pink color and is rich in iron and fiber and low in fat, widely used in the preparation of doughs totally vegetable (for the vegan diet). This flour has a fairly high energy intake provided mainly by carbohydrates but proteins are also abundant, it also has excellent concentrations of fiber and does not have traces of cholesterol. Excellent for preparing Crepes, Focaccia, Fried Meatballs, Soups, even Fresh Pasta
