Description

Le Corbinie Bianco Vecchia Cantina 6-bottle box is produced from Trebbiano grapes, the vineyards are located between Castiglione del Lago and Città della Pieve with guyot and spurred cordon training systems with a planting density of 2500/3500 plants per hectare. Here we can find hilly terrain.

Vinification
Once the grapes arrive in the winery, they are destemmed, softly pressed and the must is decanted by separation before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature not exceeding 20°C.

Tasting Notes In the glass it is straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights. The nose is delicate with aromas of tropical fruit and white flowers. In the mouth it is well balanced with a good balance between alcohol and acidity.
