Clarice Bolgheri Dario di Vaira, is a red wine with a refined and structured personality that comes from a blend of international grapes, testifying to the extreme vocation of the Bolgheri area for Boldolese blended wines.

Vinification
Harvest done manually in boxes with a one-night stay in a thermo-conditioned environment to lower the temperature. After destemming and crushing of the grapes, maceration and alcoholic fermentation take place, which is done separately for each variety in steel and non-vitrified cement vats at a controlled temperature not exceeding 28°, for 15-18 days.

Refinement
Maturation takes place in 40% first and second passage French oak barriques, 50% cement vats and 10% French oak tonneaux for 9 months before bottling.
