White Wine is a product obtained from the alcoholic fermentation of the must of white grapes or black grapes with colorless pulp. The variety of white wines is due to three factors: the great diversity of the vines, the vinification methods and the quantity of residual sugar present in the wine, is produced with grapes coming mainly from green or yellow vines. Among the numerous types of white wine, the dry one is the most common: more or less aromatic and acidic, it is produced by total fermentation of the must, which consists in the transformation of all sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide
