The Caseificio di Noircia is a brand owned by the Grifo Agroalimentare Group which represents a reality strongly rooted in and with the Umbrian territory, in which the role of the protagonists is played not only by company energies, but also by all its consumers and collaborators. This is the Group's philosophy today, which sees them as protagonists of the sector in Umbria. We are talking about a large company that guarantees the best possible quality in the dairy sector, in full respect of the Umbrian territory, of the production traditions and although it was also affected by the earthquake of 24 August 2016, it managed to remain active with many difficulties and support affected territories and populations with productive initiatives.
