Bolognami Tonka Beans, are a spice obtained from the seed of the tropical tree Dypterix Odorata grown in much of South America. Once dried they acquire an incredible range of aromas, due to the presence of coumarin an aromatic compound, it has a sweet but spicy soul which in the mouth translates into an almond flavor with touches of caramel.
