Bolognami Biscuits and Cakes are all artisanal products, made in limited quantities with natural Italian and local raw materials, some only at certain times of the year, for this very reason. Our biscuits and cakes originate from ancient recipes of our Umbrian and Tuscan grandmothers, who once a week prepared bread and on the occasion also prepared biscuits for the children and cakes for the whole family, it was a big party. They are suitable for breakfast, as a dessert at the end of a meal, or for a pleasant snack, natural, simple and tasty, without added dyes
