Description

Candito Trevisan, is a Cortona DOC Syrah produced with the first vintage in 2013. An unfiltered wine, produced without chemical treatments in the vineyard and without the addition of yeasts

Vinification
Manual harvesting, pressing of the grapes with a vertical press and vinification in natural cement tanks.

Refinement
Matured in French oak barriques and barrels, then bottled and rested for a further 6 months before commercialisation.

Tasting Notes In the glass it is ruby red in colour. The nose expresses itself with hints of plum and black cherry, notes of black pepper and hints of vanilla. The palate reveals good structure and softness, with well-integrated tannins, pleasantly persistent with slightly sweet notes to keep you company.
