Description

Fresh Black Summer Truffle or Scorzone Bolognami (Tuber Aestivum Vitt), Price per Kg, extra mixed size of about 30 gr. to 100 gr. It is externally black with numerous and marked warts, at the time of cutting the gleba has a hazelnut color with light veins. With a pleasant and delicate aroma, slightly of mushroom, a strong but not excessive flavor. Harvesting period in Italy: 1st May to 31st August
