INGREDIENTS:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bolognami L'Novo
Bolognami Naturally Rising Umbrian Bread
Garlic
Salt
Black Pepper
PREPARATION:
The Bruschetta or Crostino with New Olive Oil, as it is called in some areas of Umbria close to Tuscany, is a very simple recipe, but like all simple things to be perfect it needs only and exclusively its original ingredients produced. according to tradition in our Umbria. The oil must only be new, extra virgin olive cold pressed, not filtered like our L'Novo Bolognami. The bread must be naturally leavened, better if baked in a wood oven, “Sciocco” that is without salt like our Umbrian Bolognami Bread. It is cut into medium-sized slices, toasted on both sides (in dialectal form "Abbrustolire", hence the name Bruschetta probably), preferably in the fireplace, on the grill, with beautiful oak coals underneath. Once you have reached the golden color, immediately rub a bit of garlic deprived of the internal soul (so it is more digestible for everyone) and pour plenty of oil, salt, to taste a little black pepper ground at the moment. This delicacy is not only good but it is also extremely healthy because it allows us to assimilate all the Monoinseturi Acids and the Antioxidants of which this precious L'Novo Oil is very rich. To make everything even tastier, I would also recommend a bottle of Umbrian red wine, better if Organic such as Montefalco Rosso Antonelli, considering that L'Novo Oil is obtained from Eco-Sustainable Agriculture. Enjoy your meal
