Ingrediants:
200 g of Bolognami Oat Flour
70 g of Sugar
60 g of Soft Butter
1 Egg
½ Sachet of Yeast for Desserts
A Pinch of Bolognami Cinnamon
Powdered sugar

Preparation:
First of all, leave the butter at room temperature so that it becomes soft. Then add the sugar and the egg and work together.

Then add the Avena Bolognami flour, a pinch of Cinnamon Bolognami and half a sachet of baking powder. Finally, mix all the ingredients well and if necessary add milk or water: two or three tablespoons.

Now on a plate spread some parchment paper and form biscuits between the palms of your hands.

Arrange the oat biscuits about two cm apart and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Leave the cookies in the oven off for another 10 minutes after cooking.
